• a vital fellowship in Jesus Christ, established in 1815 in the evangelical and reformed tradition; maintaining a vibrant churhc-life throughout the many decades.

• Always seeking to uplift the glory of God and the blessings of salvation; always endeavoring to support and encourage one another in faith and good Christian living. 

• In this way we are a gathered Family of God in one Household of Faith; striving for simplicity and sincerity in the Faith.

• Now, an independent Church, sharing ministry and mission in the freely constituted Evangelical Association of Churches, nationally and internationally.

We Believe. . .

+ The Bible is the Word of God

+ The Holy Trinity; One God Almighty, Father, Son and Holy Spirit 

+ God still speaks, however, we firmly believe that the message has not nor will it ever change.

+ God created the heaven and earth

+ We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God

+ God is looking for us to come to repentance

+ Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that He came to earth, born of a virgin and lived the perfect life (without sin) on earth.

+ Believing in Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior is the only way to get to heaven.

Avowed Purpose of Jerusalem Church

Our avowed purpose is to worship God, to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to nurture Christian life, and to celebrate the Sacraments; to realize Christian fellowship and unity within this church, and the Church Universal; to render loving service toward mankind; and to strive for righteousness, justice and peace.
